Join the Del Valle High School PTA as we celebrate our amazing Del Valle High School teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week!

This special Karaoke Day event is all about bringing joy, appreciation, and fun to the teachers who show up for our students every day. PTA volunteers will help create a welcoming celebration space with desserts, music, karaoke, and plenty of encouragement as teachers enjoy a well-deserved break.

What to Expect

Teachers will be invited to stop by, enjoy sweet treats, connect with fellow staff members, and take part in a fun karaoke celebration. Volunteers will help welcome teachers, manage the karaoke area, keep the energy upbeat, and make sure the event runs smoothly from setup to cleanup.

Volunteer Opportunities

The PTA is looking for volunteers to help with:

Setup Help
8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Volunteers will help transport desserts, arrange the dessert display, and set up the karaoke equipment and celebration space before teachers arrive.

Welcome, Greet & Karaoke Support
11:15 AM – 12:15 PM
Volunteers will welcome teachers, help them get settled, manage the karaoke song queue, encourage participation, and keep the celebration fun and lively.

Welcome, Greet & Karaoke Support
12:15 PM – 1:15 PM
Volunteers will continue greeting teachers, supporting the karaoke area, and helping maintain the positive energy throughout the event.

Cleanup Help
1:15 PM – 1:45 PM
Volunteers will help break down the dessert display, pack up karaoke equipment, and tidy the space so the campus is returned to normal.
